My projects have included setting up an Integrative Pediatrics working group here in Pioneer Valley, introducing humane and more comfortable vaccine practices at Holyoke Pediatrics, establishing a “Fearless Vaccine Clinic” for children with needle phobia, writing a monthly Op Ed Column on medicine and health in The Daily Hampshire Gazette in Northampton, MA, twice weekly Youtube and Instagram posts and work with the Chicopee schools as school physician.

I also am active in the fight against hunger and food insecurity, participating annually in the two-day 43 mile Monte’s March, from Springfield to Greenfield, MA to support the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts.

I am most excited about my book, Mending the Body with the Mind: Harnessing Kids’ Superpowers to Heal and Stay Healthy, which has a publication date of Novermber 25, 2025. It will be available on line on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Books-A-Million, and a growing number of local bookstores!
